Booking

Find the essential booking terms here, including the deposit, remaining balance, cancellation policy, and practical details.
- Deposit
- 30% of the total, by bank transfer within 3 days of booking. The remaining 70% is due at least 60 days before arrival; bookings made under 60 days out are paid in full.
- Payment
- Payment is accepted by bank transfer only. Card payments aren't available.
- Security deposit
- €400 in cash on arrival, held against any damage and returned when there is none.
- Pets
- Welcome by prior arrangement, up to 2 dogs, with a €10 per day surcharge per dog.
- Cancellation
- The deposit is non-refundable. If the released dates are rebooked, the deposit is returned in full.
- Carry over
- If you prefer, we can transfer your deposit to the following year.
- Check-in & check-out
- Check-in from 16:00 (flexible), check-out by 10:00. Arrival and departure are possible any day of the week.
- Linen & towels
- Provided and changed once a week.
- Families with children
- A crib and high chair are available free of charge.
- Acceptance
- Confirming a reservation means you accept these conditions.

Smoking & fire
- Smoking isn't allowed inside the house, but is welcome on the terrace and in the yard.
- Please stay mindful of the risk of fire.
Pool
- Use of the pool is at your own risk.
- Please never leave children unattended.
Pets
- Pets aren't allowed to swim in the pool.
- Please keep pets off the sofa and beds.
- Hair is hard to remove from upholstery and can bother the guests who follow.
- Please clean up after your pet and put any waste in the bin.
Visitors
- People who aren't registered guests may not stay overnight or spend the day here without prior notice.
Arrival & departure
- Where possible, the host will gladly arrange an earlier check-in or later check-out.
- Please leave the house as you found it on arrival: clean, tidy, and undamaged.
- During your stay, please keep the house clean and orderly.
- On departure, call the host to inspect the house and settle any damage.
- Please don't take equipment or fittings outside the house (towels, throws, dishes, cups and the like).
Guest obligations
- Present an ID card or passport to the host for registration.
- Please look after your belongings and valuables. The owner isn't liable for any loss.
- Follow the house rules and treat the rooms and inventory with care.
- Leave the house in the same condition in which you received it.
- Report any change in the number of guests (including children) to the host.
- Use the air conditioning sensibly. Keep windows and doors closed while it runs, and switch it off when you go out.
- When leaving, close all doors and windows so no damage occurs in a storm, thunder or draft.
- Always turn off the gas, water and all electrical appliances.
The host's rights
- Withdraw further service from a guest who disturbs the peace or ignores the house rules.
- Claim compensation if a guest loses, damages or destroys any inventory, fittings or furniture.
- In the guest's absence and in exceptional circumstances, enter the house to prevent possible damage or danger (with subsequent notice to the guest).
- Enter the yard to maintain the property or grounds.
