Booking conditions
- After booking, the guest is obliged to pay an advance payment of 30% of the total amount of accommodation via bank transfer within 5 days.
- The remaining amount of 70% is paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date.
- If the reservation is made less than 30 days from the start of the rental period, the guest pays the full rental amount to the owner's account.
- Payment by credit card is not possible.
- Pets are allowed with prior agreement (max. 2 dogs) - extra charge 10 EUR/day per dog.
- At the time of booking confirmation, you accept the terms and conditions stated here.
- Upon arrival, a cash deposit of 400 EUR is payable in case of damage. The same amount is returned upon check-out if no damage has been done to the facility. If the damage exceeds the stated amount, the guest is obliged to pay the entire amount.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full.
In all other cases of cancellation and no-show, the advance payment is not returned. - In the event that we manage to fill the void caused by the cancellation of the reservation, we return the advance payment to the guest in full.
- We offer the possibility of transferring the advance payment to the next year.
Rules
House rules
In order to ensure a pleasant stay and eliminate possible misunderstandings, please familiarize yourself with the house rules.
- Smoking is not allowed in the house, while it is allowed on the terrace and yard. Please consider possible fire hazards.
- Use of the pool is at your own risk. Please do not leave children unattended.
- Pets are not allowed to swim in the pool.
- Please do not let your pet on the couch or bed. It is difficult to clean hairs from upholstered surfaces, which can disturb the next guests.
- Please clean up behind your pet and put the droppings in the trash can.
- Persons who are not guests of the accommodation are not allowed to stay overnight or stay all day without prior notice.
- If possible, the host will be happy to grant you an earlier entrance or a later exit from the building.
- You are obliged to leave the object you rented in the same condition as you found it upon arrival - clean, tidy and undamaged.
- While using the facility, you are responsible for maintaining its order and cleanliness.
- When leaving, you are obliged to invite the host to inspect the facility, as well as compensate for any damage that may have occurred.
- It is not allowed to take devices and equipment outside the building (towels, blankets, dishes, cups, etc.).
- In case of non-compliance with these house rules, the host has the right to cancel further services to the guest.
The guest is obliged
- Hand over your identity card or passport to the host for registration.
- Take care of your belongings and valuables left in the facility.
- The owner will not be responsible for their eventual disappearance.
- Observe house rules and use the premises and inventory with the attention of a good host.
- Leave the object in the same condition as when it was received for use.
- Any change in the number of persons in the facility (including children) must be reported to the host.
- Use air conditioners in the manner of a good host (keep windows and doors closed when staying in the building, and turn off the air conditioner when leaving the apartment).
- When leaving, close all doors and windows to prevent damage in the event of a storm, thunder or draft.
- It is mandatory to turn off the gas, water and all electrical devices.
The lessor has the right
- Cancel the use of services to a guest whose behavior disturbs order and peace in the house. Or does not follow the house rules in any way.
- Demand compensation from the guest if the guest loses, causes a breakdown or destroys any part of the host's inventory, installations or furniture.
- In the absence of the guest, in special circumstances, to enter the facility in order to prevent possible damage or danger. The host is obliged to inform the guest about his entry.
- The owner or an authorized person can enter the building's yard for the purpose of maintaining the building or the environment.
